1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Patatickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Patatickets reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.
2. Use of the Platform
Patatickets provides an online platform that allows event organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets for their events, and allows attendees to discover and purchase tickets for events.
Eligibility: To use Patatickets, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if required by law.
Account Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to maintain the security of your account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Ticket Sales
For Event Organizers: You are responsible for setting ticket prices, managing event details, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Patatickets facilitates the sale of tickets but does not participate in event management or the content of events.
For Attendees: By purchasing tickets through Patatickets, you agree to the terms set by the event organizer, including any refund policies or terms specific to the event.
Patatickets charges a commission for each ticket sold, which will be disclosed to you during the ticketing process. The commission is deducted from the gross ticket revenue before payment to the event organizer.
4. Payment Processing
Patatickets uses third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. By using the platform, you agree to comply with the payment terms and policies set by the third-party payment processor. 5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the event organizer’s policies. Event organizers are responsible for issuing refunds in accordance with applicable law and their own refund policies.
Patatickets is not responsible for any disputes or issues related to refunds or cancellations. If an event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed, attendees should contact the event organizer directly for information on how to proceed.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use Patatickets in a lawful manner and in accordance with the following guidelines:
Do not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
Do not upload or distribute content that violates intellectual property rights, is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
Do not disrupt the normal functioning of the platform or use it to transmit malware or viruses.
Do not interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
Patatickets reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
Patatickets’ Content: All content on the Patatickets website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Patatickets and is protected by intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content: Event organizers and attendees may upload content to the platform (e.g., event details, images, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Patatickets a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of promoting your event or providing services to you.
8. Privacy and Data Security
Patatickets respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Patatickets makes no guarantees regarding the availability or reliability of the platform. We do not guarantee that events listed on the platform will occur as described, and we are not responsible for any discrepancies or issues that arise from events hosted by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patatickets’ liability for any damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the total amount you paid for the service in question during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Patatickets, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Service, or any actions that breach the rights of others.
11. Governing Law

12. Dispute Resolution
